Location: Ranson, West Virginia
Size/Description: HUD funded Land Use/ Form Based Code component of an integrated EPA Brownfields and FHWA corridor redevelopment initiative. Included a comprehensive SmartCode (adopted) and several infill, brownfield, and large greenfield master plans with entitlements now underway.
