Location: Lethbridge County, City of Coaldale, Alberta
Size/Description: Inter-Municipal Development Strategy for a Sub-Regional Scaled area (over 25,000 acres) as part of a larger consultant team fulfilling the Land Use and Smart Growth component of a comprehensive report. Included a four day charrette, land use master plan, and land use policies. (Adopted)
Role: As Manager, Lead Designer, Project Principal, Charrette Director as sub-consultant to Alvin Fritz Associates.
